Randeep Hooda’s idea on love is pretty fascinating

Randeep Hooda‘s ‘Do Lafzon Ki Kahani’ hits the screens tomorrow and he describes the film as his ‘first bonafide commercial love story’. In the 2008 film ‘Ru Ba Ru’ which revolved around a couple in a live-in relationship, Randeep played the lead role there and that was kind of a romantic flick as well. We ask him why he calls ‘Do Lafzon Ki Kahani’ his first commercial love story and laughs with his usual humour, “That was in the first innings of my career. This is my second innings.” Recently in a conversation with TOI, Randeep revealed his fantasies about love when he was young.

“It was quite similar to what I just spoke about love in the film. I was very idealistic about love and I still am. The concept of ‘ever-after’ is possible, but the fact is that you were born alone and you will die alone. You will have better love stories if your love story with yourself is sorted. You have to love yourself a little more for other people to love you more,” he said.

Much wisdom! However, we bet the last sentence makes a lot of sense.

‘Do Lafzon Ki Kahani’ also features Kajal Aggarwal as the female lead and is releasing tomorrow, June 10.
