Rani Mukerji REVEALS how newfound fame after The Romantics has changed husband Aditya Chopra

Rani Mukerji has been married to Aditya Chopra since 2014, and they became parents in 2015 to a beautiful daughter, Adira. The actress got into an interview with Film Companion and spoke about being lucky to have chosen someone who comes from the same fraternity. She also spoke about their equation and how it has evolved over the years. However, she has also given out the secret to keeping the spark alive in a relationship.

During the interview, Rani shared that she and her husband still go to watch movies, and he is the more outgoing person. Rani said, “He’s just not outgoing with film people, but he’s quite outgoing.” She also went on to say that his appearance in Netflix’s The Romantics has spoilt him.

She said, “I chose right, because I didn’t want to choose a person who is outgoing outgoing. I’m happy at home, he’s happy at home, we’re both are happy at home. It would’ve been really difficult if I had a husband who was like, ‘Hey, let’s go out partying’. I’d be like, ‘Really? Is staying in bed really that bad?’ I chose right in that department. He doesn’t force me to go anywhere, I don’t force him to go anywhere. We are so happy being at home.”

Post The Romantics, the actress expressed that she gets a little surprised at his enthusiasm for going out. She said, “It’s become a big problem, because I chose to marry a guy who isn’t known (publicly).”

Rani Mukerji spills out the secret ingredient for an interesting marriage

Regarding their professional front, she said that both discuss each other’s work because they come from the same background. She further said that, because they both have deep respect for each other, communication becomes much easier without the involvement of ego, judgment, or having any hidden agenda.

Rani spilled out the secret ingredient to keep a marriage interesting. She said that one of the best things about a relationship is that you need to shock your better half every day. Addressing this, she said, “I shock Adi everyday. It is like every day he sees a new me.”
