Rannbhoomi: Varun Dhawan and Karan Johar back to take over the battlefield of box office

Ever since their first collaboration ‘Student Of The Year’, the duo of Karan Johar and Varun Dhawan has created records, whenever they have come together. The proof can be seen in the form of ‘Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania’ and its sequel ‘Badrinath Ki Dulhania’. Hence, when Karan took to his Twitter handle to titillate us by saying that a big announcement is due, and it involves him, Varun and Shashank Khaitan, who directed the two Dulhania movies, we were quick to assume that it would be for the next movie of the franchise. Seems like, we are a tad wrong here.

And now, the name of the venture has been revealed. Karan and Varun are all set to join hands again, but not for a rom-com. Well, we are definitely waiting for more. With Karan in the producer’s seat, Shashank in the director’s and Varun’s magic unfolding on the screen, this one is surely going to be magnificent. The movie is all set to hit the screens on Diwali 2020.
