Will Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone perform puja 10 days before their wedding?

It’s the season of weddings in Bollywood. After Sonam Kapoor-Anand Ahuja’s wedding, Bollywood’s desi girl Priyanka Chopra and her beau Nick Jonas made their relationship official with a traditional roka ceremony on August 18. Now rumours of Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh tying the knot this November has B-Town gearing up for another hi-profile wedding.

As per reports, Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone are all set to tie the knot on November 20, at Lake Como in Italy. The intimate ceremony will be held in the presence of family members and close friends. The couple has planned to hold two grand receptions in Mumbai and Bangalore post their wedding.

Now as per a report in SpotboyE, Ranveer Singh would be flying to Bangalore along with his family to attend a puja at Deepika’s Bengaluru residence. They are invited by Deepika’s mother for a pre-wedding puja also known as Nandi Puja, which is performed 10 days before the wedding. The wedding rituals will kickstart with the auspicious ceremony. Post the pooja, Deepika will be seen sporting glass bangles.

SpotboyE quoted a source as saying, “Deepika Padukone’s mother, Ujjala Padukone, has already spoken to the officials of famous Nandi Temple in Bangalore regarding the booking of pundits who will perform this grand Puja in the presence of the would-be bride and groom.”
