WATCH: Ranveer Singh performs on ‘Mere Do Anmol Ratan’ song with Naezy & Divine

Ranveer Singh, who is basking in the success of his latest release ‘Simmba’ and making headlines for his rapping skills in the new song ‘Apna Time Aayega’ has recently shared a video of him lip-syncing on the popular song ‘Mere Do Anmol Ratan’ for rappers Naezy and Divine. The song ‘Mere Do Anmol Ratan’ is from the 1989 film titled ‘Ram Lakhan’, which featured Anil Kapoor, Jackie Shroff, Madhuri Dixit, Dimple Kapadia in the lead role.

After delivering two successful movies ‘Padmaavat’ and ‘Simmba’ in 2018, Ranveer Singh is busy in Zoya Akhtar’s film ‘Gully Boy’ starring Alia Bhatt and Kalki Koechlin as the leading actress. Ever since the trailer of ‘Gully Boy‘ was released, Ranveer Singh has been in the headlines for his versatility. The film is based on two real-life rappers, Vivian Fernandes, popularly known as Divine, and Naved Shaikh knowns as Naezy.

Sharing post on social media, ‘Padmaavat’ actor referred the trio Naezy, Divine and himself as the ‘wolfpack’ in the caption. This is not the first time when Ranveer posted pictures of these two rappers. He had earlier posted several pictures of them on his Instagram handles.

At the trailer launch of ‘Gully Boy’, Ranveer had said, “When somebody told me about the script of ‘Gully Boy’, I told them that it is my film. If any other actor would have been a part of this film instead of me then I would have got burnt with jealousy. I was born to do Gully Boy and I knew only I can pull off this character.”

The film is being directed by Zoya Akhtar and made under filmmaker Karan Johar’s banner. It is all set to hit the theatres on Valentine’s Day, February 14.
