Ranveer Singh starrer 83 to finally release on THIS date

Ranveer Singh starrer 83 is one of the most awaited movies and it is finally all set to hit the theatres this year. Yes! 83 is finally going to release in theatres and fans have been going gaga over this great news. Earlier, the sports drama was to release in 2020 but sue to the pandemic the release was stalled. 83 is based on the 1983 World Cup Victory of the Indian Cricket Team. The Kabir Khan directorial will also see Ranveer essay the role of Kapil Dev and Deepika Padukone as Kapil Dev’s wife Romi Bhatia.

Ranveer took to his social media account and shared the great news with his fans as he revealed that 83 will hit the theatres on 4 June this year. He also said that 83 will release in multiple languages like Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Malayalam.

Ranveer took to his Instagram account to share the release date of 83, along with the poster, the caption read, “June 4th, 2021 !!!! ?? in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Malayalam. See you in cinemas !!! #thisis83(sic)”

Apart from Ranveer, the sports drama also stars Tahir Raj Bhasin, Jiiva, Saqib Saleem, Jatin Sarna, Chirag Patil, Dinker Sharma, Nishant Dahiya, Harrdy Sandhu, Sahil Khattar, Ammy Virk, Addinath Kothare, Dhairya Karwa, R Badree and Pankaj Tripathi. 83 is co-produced by Deepika Padukone, Kabir Khan, Vishnu Induri and Sajid Nadiadwala.

Meanwhile, on the work front, apart from 83, Ranveer will also be seen in Rohit Shetty’s Cirkus and Jayeshbhai Jordaar.
