Ranveer Singh starrer ’83′ trailer to release on December 1?

Looks like the release date of Ranveer Singh’s upcoming sports drama film, ’83’ has finally been unveiled. It will be released on December 1, 2021.

The film stars Ranveer as cricketer Kapil Dev, along with Deepika Padukone, who will play his on-screen wife Romi Dev in the same. Apart from them, 83 also features Tahir Raj Bhasin, Pankaj Tripathi, Harrdy Sandhu, Amrita Puri, Sahil Khattar, Jiiva, Ammy Virk, Saqib Saleem, and Boman Irani in the lead roles.

A tweet by film critic Taran Adarsh also confirmed the release date, he tweeted as: “#Xclusiv… ’83’ TRAILER ON EITHER 1ST/2ND DEC… Team #83TheFilm will unveil #83Trailer either on 1 or 2 Dec 2021… The date will be finalized once #RanveerSingh’s availability is confirmed… Looking at 3-week promotion window… #Christmas 2021 release.”

According to a report in Bollywood Hungama: “The theatrical trailer will be unveiled on December 1, 2021. The makers are confident that releasing the trailer 24 days prior to the release of the film will be more than enough and that audiences are sure to throng cinemas in hordes.”

The film will release during Christmas in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Malayalam languages

Meanwhile, on the work front, Ranveer will soon be in ‘Jayeshbhai Jordaar,’ Karan Johar’s ‘Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani’ along with Alia Bhatt, Dharmendra, Jaya Bachchan, and Shabana Azmi. Next, again in Johar’s historical drama ‘Takht.’ He is also slated to appear in Tamil filmmaker Shankar’s rehash of his 2005 cult classic ‘Anniyan.’
