Dharmendra recently delivered a terrific performance in Karan Johar’s Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani. The veteran actor played Ranveer Singh aka Rocky Randhawa’s grandfather. On Thursday, Dharmendra took to his Instagram and treated fans with a candid pic of him and Ranveer from RARKPK. The candid pic shows Dharmendra using his phone as Ranveer looks on.

The veteran actor wrote in the caption, “Ji Chahata hai… inki chaahat ke khaakon mein… phir se rang bhar doon…”

Since RARKPK’s release, Dharmendra has been making headlines for multiple reasons including his kiss scene with co-star Shabana Azmi. For the uninitiated, there is a scene in Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani in which Dharmendra and Shabana Azmi are celebrating their reunion with a kiss. The kissing scene surprised many fans.

A few days ago, Dharmendra opened up about the kissing scene and told News18, “I am hearing that Shabana and I have surprised the audience with the kissing scene, and at the same time they have even applauded it. I think people weren’t expecting it and it came very suddenly which is why it created an impact. The last time I did a kissing scene was in Life In a Metro with Nafisa Ali and at that time too people had appreciated it.”

Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani is directed by Karan Johar. It boasts of stellar cast including Alia Bhatt, Ranveer Singh, Dharmendra, Jaya Bachchan, Kshitee Jog, and Shabana Azmi.
