Ranveer Singh has the best reply to Shah Rukh Khan’s ‘padded underwear’ comment

The highlight of the first episode of ‘Koffee With Karan Season 5’ was Shah Rukh Khan‘s rapid fire round.

Here is where SRK jokingly took a dig at Ranveer Singh and when asked by Karan Johar as to what he would do if he woke up as Ranveer, SRK said that he will find out whether which padded underwear Ranveer wears.

Obviously, everyone waited with bated breath to hear what Ranveer has to say about this comment, considering he is equally witty.

And now, when Ranveer made an appearance on the show along with Ranbir Kapoor, he was naturally asked about SRK’s comment and Ranveer sure got back in style. When asked about it, Ranveer said since it was too cold in Paris he had to put a pad. Adding, “I was saving on post production cost. Otherwise I would have to go for VFX from Red Chillies.”

Now that is an answer. Right?

One also hears that the Ranveer and Ranbir episode was so good that the makers have decided to air it immediately after the Varun Dhawan-Arjun Kapoor episode. Says a source, “The Ranbir-Ranveer episode was to air sometime next month as there are a couple of other episodes already shot and ready like the one with Farah Khan-Sania Mirza and Parineeti Chopra-Aditya Roy Kapur. But the Ranbir-Ranveer one is a cracker of a episode, hence they scheduled it for next Sunday.”
