’83’: Ranveer Singh is super excited as there is only one year left for the film’s release

Bollywood star Ranveer Singh is going through an astonishing phase in his career. The 33-year-old actor gave a hat-trick of blockbusters with ‘Padmaavat’, ‘Simmba’ and ‘Gully Boy’. Ranveer has now started shooting for Kabir Khan’s ‘83‘. He took to his Instagram account and announced the release date of the film.

Now, the unit of the film has reached Himachal Pradesh. Ranveer took to his social media handle and shared new stills from the film. The ‘Gunday’ actor also wrote a very captivating message which read, “Top of the world #HimachalPradesh ?? @83thefilm”. And also, the release date of the film has been finalised. The film will be releasing exactly one year from now i.e. on April 10, 2020.

’83’ is based on Indian cricket team’s glorious triumph at the 1983 cricket World Cup. Ranveer is portraying the character of former Indian captain Kapil Dev and is undergoing intense training.

The star cast of Kabir Khan’s ’83’ includes Ranveer Singh as Kapil Dev, Pankaj Tripathi as Man Singh, Ammy Virk as Balwinder Singh Sandhu, Chirag Patil as his father Sandip Patil and Hardy Sandhu will be seen as Madan Lal. This film has an ensemble cast and it will be an emotional moment for many Indians to relive India’s glory on the silver screen.

A few days back, Ranveer had shared pictures with Kapil Dev from the training camp. Adding to his fans’ excitement, Ranveer is leaving no stone unturned to make this film a grand success.
