Ranveer Singh is one of the most talented actors who has proved his versatility with movies like Bajirao Mastani, Padmaavat and more. He is now looking forward to the release of his next Cirkus, the Rohit Shetty directorial also features Pooja Hegde and Jacqueline Fernandez in pivotal roles. The actor in a recent interview has revealed his wish of working in the remake of Govinda and Karisma Kapoor starrer Raja Babu.
In an interview with Pinkvilla, Ranveer Singh said that Judwa and Raja Babu are two of his favourite films. He also expressed his wish of acting in the remake of the Govinda starrer.
Ranveer Singh said, “Judwaa is another favourite film of mine alongside Raja Babu. I have seen these movies the maximum number of times. And what music!”

He further added, “Varun Dhawan keeps doing these movies man, and I keep telling him, ‘Kuch Bhi Karna, Raja Babu maat karna’ (I want to do it).” Varun has already worked in Judwaa and Coolie No 1 remakes.
For the unversed, Raja Babu(1994) revolves around an orphan, who is adopted by a rich village couple. He falls in love with a city girl but she dumps him after learning that he is not as educated. The movie also features Karisma Kapoor as the female lead. Shakti Kapoor, Kader Khan, Aruna Irani, and Gulshan Grover are in the supporting roles.
On the work front, Ranveer Singh will be seen in Rohit Shetty’s upcoming film Cirkus. The Padmaavat star will be seen in a dual role. The film also stars Varun Sharma, Jacqueline Fernandez, Pooja Hegde, Murali Sharma, Johnny Lever, among others and is slated to release on December 23.
