In Pics: Here are the first glimpses of Ranveer Singh’s haldi ceremony

The pre-wedding celebrations of Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh have begun and we’ve just got a sneak-peek of Ranveer’s haldi ceremony. The pictures of the ceremony have surfaced on the internet and we can’t hold our excitement.

Dressed in a white Indian attire, Ranveer looks over the moon as only ten days are left for the wedding. We can see the marks of haldi on Ranveer’s face.

The pre-wedding celebrations have begun for the Padukone family as well. Deepika was in Bengaluru for the Nandi Puja that took place at her residence on November 2 and it was performed by the bride-to-be and her family. Deepika was dressed in a saffron suit and her stylist Shaleena Nathani shared a few pictures from the puja on her Instagram handle. Ranveer Singh’s family was also present at the puja.

Along with the pre-wedding ceremonies, the couple has even started shopping. As per a report in Times Now, Deepika shopped for her jewellery at a showroom in Andheri. She bought a mangalsutra worth Rs. 20 lakh embellished with a solitaire diamond in it and a chain of 200 gms for her beau Ranveer. She also brought two other necklaces and spent around Rs. 1 crore for the entire jewellery.

The pictures of the pre-wedding have doubled our excitement and we can’t wait for the D-day to arrive. What about you?

As per reports, Deepika and Ranveer will be exchanging wedding vows at Lake Como, Italy on November 14 and 15  It will be as per South Indian and Sindhi traditions and will be followed by two grand receptions in Bengaluru and Mumbai.
