These unseen pictures of Ranveer at his Haldi ceremony will make you smile too

The most-awaited wedding is over now! Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh are officially married and after a long wait, we got the pictures of the couple from the Konkani and Sindhi wedding that was held at Lake Como, Italy. Now as the wedding is over, their friends and colleagues’ social media handles are flooded with pictures from the wedding as well as pre-wedding rituals. Today designer Sabyasachi Mukherjee posted a story on his Instagram handle in which both Ranveer and Deepika were clad in red and green attire. The picture is from the Chooda ceremony.

Before the wedding in Italy, a few pre-wedding rituals were held at the couple’s respective families. Deepika’s family organised a Nandi puja in Bengaluru as per the Konkani tradition and Ranveer too had a Haldi ceremony at his residence. We came across a few pictures of the ceremony where Ranveer was seen on the balcony of his building with the YRF’s casting director Shanoo Sharma who is very dear to Ranveer. She was the one who cast him for his first movie ‘Band Baaja Baaraat’.

Taking to her Instagram handle Shanoo has posted a couple of pictures with a long post. Here are the excerpts from her post. She wrote, “From Band Baajaa Baaraat to Band Baaja Baraat….What a journey it has been to watch you grow from a boy to a magnificent man. I am so proud of who you were, who you are and who you are about to become. You are a responsible man who has loved and lived his word. May God bless you both with the most peaceful, blissful, mind enhancing and Blessed path ahead! ”
