Ranveer Singh opens up on Ranbir Kapoor & Deepika Padukone

Ex- lovers Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone‘s onscreen chemistry is the bane for their present lovers. Much has been written about Ranbir Kapoor’s girl friend Katrina Kaif and Deepika’s alleged boy friend Ranveer Singh unhappiness with the ex lovers closeness during the promotions of their recent release ‘Tamasha’. Now you get to hear it from the horses mouth itself.

Yes Ranveer Singh who is busy promoting his period romance ‘Bajirao Mastani’ has finally opened up about former lovers Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika working together.

Ranveer Singh said, “One must recognize such work pairings for what they are – a professional working relationship.I think you have to recognize it for what it is – a professional working relationship and there’s no more to it.”

Ranveer further added, “I have understood something about myself — which is where to draw the line between being a public figure and protecting my personal space. It took time but I have learnt that if there are certain things I don’t want to share, I don’t have to. But I am still a very open person who will perhaps end up speaking about 90 per cent of the stuff. I am not someone who can be easily offended. The only thing that annoys me is when something gets printed without me verifying it and that happens too often. I don’t know much about how the media should functions, but it’s common sense to fact check before printing. At least give me the option to tell you my side of the story.”

Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s ‘Bajirao Mastani’ has Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone and Priyanka Chopra in the titular roles. The movie will be releasing on December 18.
