Deepika and Ranveer have turned our heads since their wedding. Keeping their wedding a private affair, the couple exchanged vows as per Konkani and Sindhi rituals at Lake Como, Italy. Today, the couple has arrived in Mumbai and were headed towards Ranveer’s residence for the Grih Pravesh. Ranveer and Deepika have been head over heels in love with each other. Ranveer has been very protective about his now wife Deepika. Be it in a press conference or any event, he is seen protecting her. Today, when the couple was coming out of the Mumbai airport, the doting husband Ranveer was seen shielding his wife Deepika by hugging her from the back and safely escorting her away from the media and crowd.

This is not the first time Ranveer has done such gestures for Deepika. He has done such impromptu actions earlier too. During the ‘Bajirao Mastani’s first song ‘Gajanana’ launch event, Ranveer did the same act and protected Deepika from the chaos and crowd. This proves that they make a perfect couple.

Now, as the couple has arrived in India, they will have extravagant receptions. They will head for Bengaluru for the first reception on November 21 hosted by Deepika’s parents. Ranveer’s parents will throw a lavish party on November 28 and on December 1, the couple will host a grand reception for their peers and friends.
