Wow! Ranveer Singh and Shahid Kapoor zeroed in for ‘Ram Lakhan’ remake?

While we all know that director Rohit Shetty will be helming the remake of the 1989 film ‘Ram Lakhan’, after he announced it himself, but it was the casting of the film that was not finalized.

There have been n number of speculations about who will be starring in this remake of a cult, turns out that the lead have finally been finalized by Dharma Productions. Going by the reports, Shahid Kapoor and Ranveer Singh have apparently been signed for the same. While Shahid will be playing the honest cop, Ram, played by Jackie Shroff, Ranveer will essay the role of Lakhan, originally played by Anil Kapoor.

The makers are presently searching for the other cast of the film, including the leading ladies played by Dimple Kapadia and Madhuri Dixit in the original.
