Ranveer Singh to collaborate with British Adventurer Bear Grylls for a Netflix show?

Ranveer Singh is one of those rare actors who can pull off almost anything. His body of work is a testimony to his versatility and it is only befitting that he plans to make his digital debut with an action-packed adventure show. The cherry on top would be him collaborating with British Adventurer, Bear Grylls. As per a report in Pinkvilla, this collaboration is happening for sure and is being backed by Netflix. Yes, you read it right.

The said series will be shot in Siberia as per reports and the team is currently working on a schedule to work out for both Ranveer Singh and Bear Grylls. Ranveer Singh is known to experiment not just with his style but also his overall personality and boy, we cannot wait to see what he has in stores for us with his new show. A source revealed to the portal, “It’s a concept by developed by Bear Grylls. After discussing with Netflix on the same, they felt that it’s Ranveer Singh, who fits the bill for this format like hand in glove. Ranveer, Bear, and Netflix have been in conversation for a while now and everything has finally fallen in place. It is a hugely budgeted show which will be the biggest drop for Netflix around the world.

Recently, Netflix had announced that they will be investing more in content being produced in India and this seems to be the first step in the regards. The non-fiction series is said to be one of the biggest being produced in India.

Meanwhile, speaking of Hindi films, Ranveer Singh has ’83 in the pipeline. The film which was earlier supposed to release in April 2020 has been pushed till further notice due to the ongoing pandemic. Apart from this, he might soon begin shooting for Karan Johar’s next directorial which has him reunite with Gully Boy co-star Alia Bhatt. Ranveer also has Jayeshbhai Jordaar and Cirkus in the pipeline.
