Ranveer Singh to follow Ranbir Kapoor, plans to beef up for his next film?

After playing the Peshwa Bajirao I in his latest release ‘Bajirao Mastani, Ranveer Singh is now gearing up for his next venture, a film called ‘Befikre.’ It is being said that Ranveer would sport a chocolate boy look in this film which is being directed by Aditya Chopra. Well, the latest report suggest that the makers of the film have asked Ranveer to beef up for this role.

As we know, Ranveer is a very dedicated actor who never refrains from going to that extra mile to be perfect for his role. Time and again we have witnessed how Ranveer actually gets into the shoes of the character he plays on screen. For ‘Befikre’ too, Ranveer would make sure that he is just perfect for his role and would do whatever his character demands from him, even if it means that he would have to give away his flawlessly toned body. He is willing to do that. The actor is set to put on some weight for this film as the makers have asked him to do so.

Recently, we had also come across a story which said that Ranbir Kapoor too would undergo a physical transformation for Sanjay Dutt’s biopic. Ranbir too will bulk up and put on few extra kilos to resemble Sanjay in his biopic.

Apart from these two, Salman and Aamir too would be seen in a bulked up avatar in their upcoming films, ‘Sultan’ and ‘Dangal’ respectively.

Well, with this, we can say that gone are the days when a hero was called a hero only if he had a chiseled body. Beefing up seems to be the new trend that has been set in.
