Ranveer Singh wants to work with Ranbir Kapoor in ‘Andaz Apna Apna’s sequel

Bollywood as an industry is very cut throat and you are as good as your last performance at the box office. We generally hear reports of actors and actresses not getting well with each other and wonder why can’t two stars be friends?

Ranveer Singh in all fairness is going through a purple patch. The 33-year-old actor just married the love of his life Deepika Padukone. Now, Ranveer Singh has said that he would love to be a part of ‘Andaz Apna Apna’s sequel. The ‘Lootera’ actor has now said that he would love to work with Ranbir Kapoor in this sequel. Interesting, isn’t it?

In an interview with PinkVilla, Ranveer said this,  “I think it’s a cult film and I think it’s going to be difficult to live up to it. If you are planning to make the sequel of ‘Andaz Apna Apna’, you have got a big responsibility as it’s one of those timeless comedies.

The ‘Simmba’ actor further added, “And yes, I would love to collaborate with Ranbir as he is one of my favourite actors. There have been several opportunities and I hope one of them in near future materializes. It will be a very enriching experience working with Ranbir.” 

‘Andaz Apna Apna’ is a cult film and released in 1994 and was directed by Rajkumar Santoshi. The movie starred Salman Khan and Aamir Khan in lead roles. ‘Andaz Apna Apna’ was a total laugh riot. If Ranveer and Ranbir do this classic film then it would be a tremendous sight to see.

Ranbir Kapoor was allegedly in a romantic relationship with Ranveer’s wife Deepika. Looks like, Ranveer has no problems in working with Ranbir and that shows Ranveer Singh’s professionalism.

We certainly hope that ‘Andaz Apna Apna’s sequel is made and Ranbir teams up with Ranveer.
