Ranveer Singh drops a quirky birthday post as he wishes Deepika Padukone in ‘Gehraiyaan’ style

Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone has turned a year older today (January 5). Fans and well-wishers have flooded with birthday wishes for the diva on social media. To mark her 36th birthday, Deepika’s actor-husband Ranveer Singh has come up with an quirky birthday post for his ‘baby’. He took to his Instagram handle to wish his wifey on special day by sharing a silhouette of Deepika swimming in the sea with the sun setting in the background.

Sharing the pic, he wrote, “My baby promoting #gehraiyaan on her birthday!” The pic seemed to be from their vacation and Ranveer has apparently clicked it.

Deepika has also been showered with birthday wishes from her industry friends. Her co-star Prabhas shared a picture of the beautiful actress on Instagram to wish her. They will be seen sharing the same screen space for the first time in a multi-lingual mega-production Project K by director Nag Ashwin. Also, Anushka Sharma, Sara Ali Khan, Katrina Kaif, Ananya Panday and others have wished the diva.

On the work front, Deepika will be seen in Gehraiyaan that is releasing on Amazon Prime Video on February 11, 2022. Today, on the occasion of her birthday, the actress unveiled new posters from the movie announcing the new release date. Directed by Shakun Batra , the movie also stars Siddhant Chaturvedi and Ananya Panday. Apart from this, Deepika also has Fighter with Hrithik Roshan and Pathan with Shah Rukh Khan.
