Rape accused actor Inder Kumar released on bail

Bollywood actor Inder Kumar, who had allegedly raped a model has been granted bail by the sessions court. Inder Kumar, The actor had been detained on alleged charges of raping a 23-year-old model has been released on bail. The sessions court today (June 10) granted him bail on a bond of Rs 30,000. The actor was arrested on July 25, 2014 by the Versova Police under sections 376 (rape), 324 (causing grievous hurt) and 506 (criminal intimidation) of the Indian Penal Code.

As per sources, Inder was accused by a model for allegedly raping her in lure of a career in Bollywood. There were also rumours that he not only raped, but also tortured the victim.

Sources further added that, Inder is known to be Salman Khan’s close buddy and has shared screen space with him in several films including Wanted, Tumko Na Bhool Paayenge, Kahin Pyaar Na Hojaaye among others.
