Raqesh Bapat shares pictures from his new home in Mumbai

Raqesh Bapat made a place in the audience’s hearts with his sweet and innocent performance in Tum Bin. After that, it was Bigg Boss OTT that made him a household name and his romance with fellow contestant Shamita Shetty became the highlight not just during the show but outside as well. Fondly called as ‘ShaRa’ together, the couple has been going strongly and now, Raqesh Bapat has taken a big step in his personal life as he has bought a new home in the city of Mumbai.

Taking to social media, Raqesh shared pictures from his new humble abode giving a view of the Mumbai skyline visible from his new house’s balcony. Along with the pictures, he wrote, “Life comes a full circle… #backtothebay #homesweethome#newbeginnings. (sic)”

In 2021, Raqesh participated in the inaugural edition of Bigg Boss OTT, hosted By Karan Johar. It was there that he met Shamita and their romance slowly bloomed. The couple was together till the end and Raqesh finished as the third-runner up there. After that, Shamita got a direct entry into the house of Bigg Boss 15, and after a month even Raqesh entered the house as a wildcard contestant. But his journey was a little short-lived as he walked out of the house in just five days citing medical issues. But his relationship with Shamita has been going strong even long after the show ended earlier this year. The couple has never shied away from expressing their love for each other publicly. Recently, there were reports of the two having a breakup, but neither of them have commented anything on it. Rather with Raqesh buying a house in Mumbai, things seem to be heading in a much more positive way for him as well as the couple.
