I was like am I not good enough, should I give up on the industry, should I stop acting, should I not do films, should I do something, should I cut my hair, should I become lean, should I become fat, what do they want? The Pushpa: The Rise actress said that she was picked on for the silliest things, “Just because I probably took out a name in an interview or one work wrong in a language or I dont speak in a certain language or I dont behave a certain way. Even today I can’t lie it does affect me. When they talk about my upbringing, when they talk about my family, I give it back.”
Rashmika further said that she has learned to grow a thick skin snd has evolved to brush the negativity off her shoulders, “We, humans, tend to adapt to all of this, we are survivors at the end of the day. All my friends and family call me a survivor because they know all of this shit that I have been through, but I have never lost the smile on my face. I just want to smile and make another person smile. That is what I live by.”
