Her work in Delhi Crime, which won an International Emmy, further cemented her reputation as a powerhouse performer.

Rasika recently sat down with Bollywood Bubble’s host Ankita Bhalla to discuss her professional and personal life at length. Rasika Duggal and Irrfan Khan

When asked about her Qissa co-actor, Rasika Dugal said, “Irrfan really taught me how to be a good co-actor. Yeh sab mujhe shayad theoretically film institute mein pata thi. We had always learnt it from the people who would come to teach us, but, practical understanding of it is different. I think, just by the respect he gave me as a performer when I didn’t have any body of work to speak of but just by the fact that I was sharing a moment with him, he gave me the respect that he would give to any individual. “

She further continued, “I believe that just made me a very sensitive co-actor and I hope I have been able to pass on the kindness. When you get attention from somebody you admire, it does wonders to your confidence. It meant a lot to me, I had admired his work a lot so, I got attention from him within a scene as a performer. He valued what I was bringing to the table, he responded to it, he was being attentive to it, that really taught me that I must always do that.”

Rasika Dugal about Shah Rukh Khan

While sharing about her love for Rasika said, “I have never met Shah Rukh Khan. Whatever I’ve seen of him, I fell in love with him just by watching. I fell in love watching Darr, I fell in love watching Baazigar. It wasn’t just about the romantic hero; anything works as long as it’s SRK. My unadulterated, unconditional love is always there. Maybe for him, I’ll abandon my shyness one day. Maybe.”
