Raveena Tandon reveals why she rejected four films with Shah Rukh Khan

Raveena Tandon is one of the most talented actresses in Bollywood. Raveena has been a part of films like Diwale, Khiladiyon Ka Khiladi, Bade Miyan Chote Miyan, Dulhe Raja, Shool, and Aks among others. Over the years, she has worked with many actors including Akshay Kumar, Salman Khan, Aamir Khan, Yash, and others. In a recent interview, the actress made an interesting revelation about her career. Raveena Tandon revealed she once rejected four films with Shah Rukh Khan.

She told Mirchi Plus that the first film was shelved due to the director’s death. The second film did not happen because she was unhappy with the costumes. Raveena added, “We did Zamana Deewana, but that also got delyed. Darr was something that I was offered, but I stepped back.” The actress further described Shah Rukh Khan as a ‘warm and caring’ person.

On the other hand, Raveena recently delivered a terrific performance in the web series – Karmma Calling. Bollywood Bubble Karmma Calling ‘2.5’ stars. A part of the review read, “Raveena Tandon is the star of the series as she gives a captivating performance. However, the series is not as engaging as one would expect it to be. With weak performances and a predictable story, Ruchi Narain’s directorial can be dull.”

Shah Rukh Khan’s upcoming movie

Talking about Shah Rukh Khan, he was last seen in Rajkumar Hirani’s Dunki. It also starred Taapsee Pannu, Vicky Kaushal, Boman Irani, and Vikram Kochhar. As per reports, Shah Rukh Khan will be seen in Sujoy Ghosh’s King, co-starring Suhana Khan. However, King Khan is yet to make an official announcement about it.
