Rekha under home quarantine after domestic helps test positive for Covid-19

Veteran actress Rekha’s Sea Springs bungalow in Bandra has been sealed after her security guard and a few staff members tested positive for the deadly Coronavirus. Now reportedly the actress will be under home quarantine for the next few weeks. Her hand has also been stamped for the same.

Previously it was reported that Rekha’s security guard has tested positive for Covid-19. And now the latest report in ZeeNews.India.com states that the two of the actress’ domestic helps have also contracted the deadly virus. Last Saturday, Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) had sealed Rekha’s bungalow positive cases were detected. In fact, BMC has declared the place as containment area.

The actress will undergo a test for Covid-19 and currently as a precautionary measure she is under home-quarantine. The BMC has even sanitized the bungalow and its premises.

Members of the actress’ team are being treated after their positive diagnosis. However, the veteran actress is yet to issue an official statement about the same.

Recently, Rekha’s ‘Silsila’ co-star Amitabh Bachchan has also tested positive for Covid-19. Apart from Big B, his son Abhishek Bachchan, daughter-in-law Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and granddaughter Aaradhya have also been diagnosed with the deadly virus. Also, some staff members of celebs like Karan Johar, Boney Kapoor and Sara Ali Khan have tested positive for Covid-19.
