Release date of Ranbir Kapoor-Katrina Kaif starrer ‘Jagga Jasoos’ out

The release of Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif’s ‘Jagga Jasoos’ has been delayed further. If all goes well, then the film will now be released on 24th or 31st of March, 2017.

The film has faced several hardships since its inception. It features former couple Ranbir and Katrina who broke up not long ago and are not at all comfortable in each other’s company. This gave birth to a lot of awkwardness on the sets. There were also a number of re-shoots. Now, Ranbir wants his other film ‘Ae Dil Hai Mushkil’ to release before ‘Jagga Jasoos’, that is in September this year.

“The release of the film has now been pushed to either March 24 or 31 next year. Ranbir has Ae Dil Hai Mushkil releasing in October and Katrina has Baar Baar Dekho in September this year. So they want a considerable gap between their films and ‘Jagga Jasoos,” a source revealed to an entertainment portal.

Besides, one final portion of the film is yet to be shot. Producer Sidharth Roy Kapoor confirmed it and said, “We have the final leg of the film left to be shot. We are shooting in September for a few more days and we will wrap the film. Then, we will decide when to release the film.”
