Remo D’Souza is ‘doing better’ after suffering a heart attack; friend Ahmed Khan gives health update

Choreographer-turned-filmmaker Remo D’souza was rushed to the hospital yesterday after he suffered a heart attack. He is currently getting his treatment at Mumbai’s Kokilaben hospital. Talking about his health,  his wife, Lizelle D’Souza had revealed that the next 24 hours will be very important. She said, “It was a blockage. Doctors have done angiography. He is in the ICU. Please pray. Next 24 hours are very important.”

In an interview with Bombay Times,  Ahmed gave a health update on Remo’s condition now and said, “I got a call that he was rushed to the hospital. We all were worried, but the latest development is that he is fine now. He is doing better.”

Ahmed further added that Remo is a total fitness enthusiast and it shocks him that something like this could happen to such a person, he said, “When such news about a person who is so conscious about his health hits you, it just breaks your confidence.” Remo has also often posted videos of him working out on his Instagram account.

Since the news of Remo’s heart attack got out,  his close friends Salman Khan, Dharmesh, Aamir Ali, Rahul Dev have been waiting outside the hospital along with his wife Lizelle D’Souza.
