After Varun-Shraddha, Athiya Shetty shoots a song for Remo’s ‘Nawabzaade’

Choreographer-turned-director Remo D’Souza surely knows how to rope in Bollywood biggies for his movie even if it is for a cameo. Take the instance of a recently released song ‘High Rated Gabru’ from his upcoming film ‘Nawabzaade’, the man convinced Varun Dhawan and Shraddha Kapoor to shoot for a special song. Impressive, Isn’t it? After roping in these two actors, Remo and the makers of the film have got Athiya Shetty on board for a song in the film.

Titled ‘Tere Naal Nachna’, the song is composed and written by Badshah and produced by Bhushan Kumar. Athiya will be seen grooving to the song along with Dharmesh Ingle, Raghav Juyal, and Punit Pathak, the lead actors of the film.

The announcement of the song was made from the official handle of T-series, which also mentioned that it will be out very soon.

Remo D’souza, who has choreographed the song, told Mumbai Mirror, “We needed a club number for the opening sequence. The boys are known for their dance skills and usually, people get nervous around them but Athiya performed like a pro. She was rehearsing with them even when the cameras weren’t rolling.”

He even informed that the song was shot last week in a suburban studio. When the leading daily asked Athiya about her experience, the actress said, “I am a huge fan of Badshah and was kicked to know that we’d be working together. It was great fun shooting for the song and I hope it reflects on the screen. Remo sir is one of the nicest people to work with; he brings such a positive energy to the sets.”

As far as the release date of the film is concerned, there is no official announcement about it.
