REVEALED! Amitabh Bachchan’s character in Aamir Khan’s ‘Thugs of Hindostan’

The two powerhouses of talent, Aamir Khan and Amitabh Bachchan, are all set to share screen space for the first time in Yash Raj Films’ ‘Thugs Of Hindostan’.

While we all have been waiting with bated breath to know more about their characters in the film, we bring to you some inside gossip. If reports are to be believed then Amitabh will be seen portraying the role of Aamir’s father in the film. While we already know that the movie revolves around thugs, rumour has it, that both Big B and Aamir will be seen playing pirates in the movie. However, there has been no official confirmation on the same yet, from the makers.

The movie is said to go on floors in May this year. The makers are also on the lookout for a female lead, and for the same actresses Shraddha Kapoor, Alia Bhatt and Fatima Sana Shaikh’s names had been doing the rounds. However, it was recently at Zee Cine Awards, that Fatima denied the rumours saying,”Thugs is a very good film. I’d love to be a part of it but as for now I am not in the film.”

Shraddha, on the other hand, was recently spotted visiting Aamir Khan’s residence, which fuelled the hints towards her involvement in the film. Anyway, let’s wait for an official statement on the same though.
