Rhea Chakraborty says Ankita Lokhande is acting like Sushant Singh Rajput’s ‘widow’, despite being engaged to someone else

Sushant Singh Rajput passed away on June 14.  Since then, the late actor’s ex-girlfriend Ankita Lokhande has been fighting to get him justice. Recently, Rhea Chakraborty had given an interview with NDTV in which she made some explosive statements. She even took a dig at Ankita and said that she is behaving like she is Sushant’s ‘widow’.

In an interview with NDTV, Rhea said, “Ankita Lokhande (his ex-girlfriend) was not a part of his life for the last four years. Do people not see through her lies? Even with Ankita, she did love him at some time, she should have reached out to me and understand what I am going through. What if this was happening to you? Would you still be a part of the witch-hunt?”

Rhea even said further that Ankita is acting like Sushant’s widow even though she is engaged to someone else. The actress further questioned that Ankita went on to date Sushant’s friend after their break up. Rhea said, “Had I controlled him, wouldn’t I have stopped Sushant from doing that first?”

Earlier Ankita had hit back at Rhea’s claims of living in a flat that Sushant had paid for. The ‘Pavitra Rishta’ actress took to her Instagram handle and wrote, “About the flat I have already cleared and family has no different opinion opposite mine. So I still sticking on grounds of truth and accept that I have been standing on the family’s side, not Rhea. In family’s knowledge and understanding she is the one who persuaded him towards his end. And they have chats and proof which can’t be denied and overlooked too. So I heard the family’s side, stood by it, stick by it till the end.”

Currently, Rhea is being interrogated by the CBI.
