Rhea Chakraborty’s lawyer accuses Sushant Singh Rajput’s family of ‘interfering and tampering’ with the investigation

Rhea Chakraborty’s lawyer has accused Sushant Singh Rajput’s sister Shweta Singh Kirti and their lawyer Vikas Singh of ‘interfering and tampering with the investigations’. The AIIMS medical board recently submitted their conclusive report to the CBI about the Sushant Singh Rajput death case. But, but Sushant’s sister Shweta Singh Kirti and lawyer Ishkaran Bhandari have asked for an investigation on Dr. Sudhir Gupta, head of the AIIMS panel over a leaked audiotape.

Gupta had reportedly claimed that Sushant was murdered and that it was not a case of suicide. According to a report by Times Of India, Rhea’s lawyer Satish Maneshinde said, “It is disturbing to learn that the family of SSR and its lawyers are interfering and tampering with the investigations by bringing pressure on the AIIMS team of Doctors by speaking to them during investigations and releasing purported audio recoded conversations and information to the media in order to bring pressure and tamper with potential witnesses.”

He further added, “The SSR family lawyer is supposed to have said that he is going to meet the CBI Director to get the family’s predetermined path of investigations in SSR death. It is very disturbing to read such information in the Media as attempts are being made to get a pre-determined result in the case. Any further attempts to interfere and tampering in the investigations would be brought to the notice of the appropriate courts.”

Meanwhile, Rhea Chakraborty has been granted bail by the Bombay High Court. The court has also granted bail to Sushant’s employees Dipesh Sawant and Samuel Miranda who were arrested in the drug probe by the NCB. Rhea’s brother Showik is yet to get a bail in this matter.
