Rhea Chakraborty to likely get life imprisonment; eyewitness claims she had a fight with Sushant Singh Rajput on June 13

The Sushant Singh Rajour death case is under investigation by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI). Now, new reports claim that an eyewitness has claimed that Rhea Chakraborty had met Sushant on June 13 and in the wee hours of June 14- the day the actor was found dead; contradictory to the actress’s statement that she left on June 8 and never met Sushant again. The couple was also said to get into a scuffle the same day.

The eye witness also said that Sushant left Rhea at her residence on June 8 as opposed to her saying that she left the late actor’s home. The actress is currently under arrest at the Byculla jail by the NCB.

According to Republic TV, the CBI is considering to file an FIR under Section 302, IPC in Sushant’s case. Reports are also doing the rounds that if Rhea is found to be guilty should could end up with a life imprisonment. But, there has been no confirmation about the same.

Sharing this update, Sushant’s sister Shweta Singh Kirti took to her Instagram and wrote, “This is a true Breaking News in all sense, a game changer! A witness who can confirm that Bhai met Rhea on 13th night! What exactly conspired on 13th night, that Bhai was found dead the next morning? #JusticeForSSR #SaluteRepublic #Revolution4SSR(sic)”

Meanwhile, the CBI has taken assistance from the Forensic Department of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) who have re-examined Sidharth Pithani, Dipesh Sawant and all Sushant’s staff present in the house on June 14. But the team is holding their opinion until they reach a ‘logical conclusion’.
