According to a report by NDTV, in the Byculla jail, Rhea’s immediate neighbour is Indrani Mukerjea. Indrani was arrested in the case for murdering her own daughter Sheena Bora. Rhea is said to have a single room for security reasons because she might be attacked by fellow prisoners amidst the uproar caused by Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case.

There are two constables guarding Rhea’s cell in three shifts. The report further claims that Rhea has been given a mat to sleep on and there is no bed or pillow at all. Right now, there is no fan in the cell, but she might be provided with a table fan if the court allows.

Meanwhile, apart from Rhea, other accused who are arrested in the Sushant Singh Rajput case are her brother Showik Chakraborty, Zaid Vilatra, Basit Parihar, Samuel Miranda and Deepesh Sawant. Rhea will be judicial custody till September 22.
