Richa Chadda quits Omung Kumar’s next?

Beautiful actress Richa Chadda wooed the audience with her impeccable acting in her recent, critically acclaimed film ‘Masaan.’ Fans of this Oye Lucky! Lucky Oye actress, were now waiting to see her in Omung Kumar’s next film, which is a biopic on Sarabjit Singh.

As we know, director Omung Kumar is making  a biopic on Sarabjit Singh, an Indian who died in Pakistan after spending 22 years there as a Pakistani prisoner. With Randeep Hooda as Sarabjit Singh and Aishawarya Rai as his sister Dalbir Singh, Omung had cast Richa to play the role of Sarabjit’s wife but, unfortunately, Richa Chadda has decided to walk out of this film. According to the reports, the creative difference between the makers of the film and the actress forced the star to quit this project.

With the shoot of the film to begin next month, the makers are left with no choice but to find a replacement of Richa. Reports say that Aditi Rao Hydari could probably replace Richa to play Sarabjit’s wife in his biopic. However, Omung seems to be reluctant to replace Richa. A Source reveals that the makers are trying to woo Richa and get her back on the project.

Finally, who will play the role of Sarabjit’s wife? Only time will tell us.
