Richa Chadha becomes Ali Fazal’s date at the Venice Film Festival. What’s brewing?

Actor Ali Fazal recently attended the world premiere of his Hollywood debut ‘Victoria & Abdul’. And guess who accompanied him apart from his star cast? It was none other than his ‘Fukrey’ co-star Richa Chadha. Well yes, the actress was by his side for the world premiere of the film. Apparently, they walked hand in hand at the festival. Honestly, Richa wasn’t really needed at the film festival but the fact that she chose to grace a particular event with her presence, just to accompany Ali Fazal, has set the gossip bells ringing.

Is this a hint that the two are making their relationship official? Richa certainly wanted to be by Ali Fazal’s side on his big day as his Hollywood debut film was being screened there. Ali has been a part of a Hollywood movie before, but in a small role. So, this is his debut movie in Hollywood as the main lead. Ali left for Venice on Friday night, whereas Richa flew down a day later as she had been shooting for her forthcoming TV show. They walked at the red carpet together at the official media event. They have worked in ‘Fukrey’ and have known each other for almost four years but reports suggest that they have been dating since a year now. Talking about his movie ‘Victoria & Abdul‘, it is directed by Stephen Frears and will be releasing on October 6, 2017 in India. The movie is based on a novel of the same name by Shrabani Basu.
