It was recently reported how Richa Chadha is going to be a part of a special internationally acclaimed production at the Prithvi Theater in Mumbai, this coming week.
Richa thus becomes the first Indian actress to have the privilege of being a part of one of most talked about play from around the world. Written by Iranian playwright Nassim Soleimanpour, ‘White Rabbit Red Rabbit’ is the most difficult play for any actor. This one is a solo show by an actor, with no director and no sets. Thus, in literal sense, actor is the one who has to get script on stage as audience settles in.
It is an honour for any actor to be essaying this part, as very few actors around the world have been privileged to do so. The performance is set to take place on 16th of August. When asked Richa, she said, “I was excited when Ali Fazal referred my name to Quasar for this play. It’s an exciting play to be a part of. I am delighted that I could take this challenge on! I worked with QTP in the past during Thespo and to come back and collaborate is so enjoyable for us both”.
