Richa Chadha set to debut as a writer with a comedy script

Richa Chadha’s latest outing ‘Fukrey Returns’ has been garnering good money at the box office. Richa, as Bholi Punjaban, came back in the second edition of the franchise as well, and has received good reviews for her performance. Meanwhile, we hear she is all set to debut as a writer! The actress will be soon penning a comedy script. For those who don’t know, Richa made her TV debut with a comedy reality show. She is also trying her hands at stand up performances these days. Given her love for humour, the choice isn’t bad at all!

“Comedy is my new favorite genre. Of course, I will continue to do all kinds of films, but I enjoy comic roles as they don’t take a toll on you and your well-being. Especially a film like ‘Fukrey’, where the cast comprises of friends is sheer pleasure. I made some new friends on ‘Queens of Comedy’ earlier on as well. I am hoping to develop a comic script too,” Richa said.

The film will apparently be produced by her as well!
