Aishwarya Rai and Richa Chadha are two of the most finest actresses in the Bollywood entertainment industry. They have worked together in Sarbjit and gave a content-rich movie. Recently, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan walked the ramp at Paris Fashion Week. Though Aishwarya rocked at the ramp, she was trolled for her look. Now, her Sarbjit co-actress Richa Chadha has defended her and has a perfect reply for the ones who trolled Aishwarya.
Richa Chadha defends Aishwarya Rai on being trolled
In an interview, Richa Chadha was asked what does she have to say about Aishwarya Rai facing trolls and negativity. Richa said “People are jealous of her. What else! She is the most beautiful woman in the history of India. I think she is very disciplined and graceful. You’ll see she does not bitch about anyone, does not say anything bad for anyone. I like her.”
Further, Richa also added, “She belongs to a family with a South Indian mentality. She is the lady who eats curd-rice and papad at home. People may keep trolling her, how does it matter?” She also added that the reason behind trolling is the ones who troll and not those who get trolled.
It was in 2016 when Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Richa Chadha came together to star in Omung Kumar’s Sarbjit alongside Randeep Hooda. In the movie, Richa played the role of Randeep’s wife whereas Aishwarya played the role of his sister. The cast and crew of Sarbjit had attended the prestigious Cannes Film Festival during which Aishwarya had donned a purple-colored lipstick. The actress was trolled again for the same. However, it was her confidence that did all the talking!
