Richa Chadha’s kitten gets the actress in trouble. Here’s how…

The ‘Masaan’ actress, Richa Chadha, recently faced a weird situation when she was pulled over by traffic police. Reason? She was out for a drive with her kitten, but unfortunately, the kitten was not put up on leash.

Richa and her kitten named Kamli were driving around in her car when a traffic cop stopped her. The cop was concerned that her kitten may just distract Richa’s attention from driving leading to an unfortunate accident. A source said, “Richa’s pet cat was in the passenger seat without a leash and the cop was concerned that the feline would startle her while she was driving. Richa was asked to pull over. She was allowed to go after half an hour.”

Later, the actress herself spoke about this incident, “My driver had taken the day off. I wanted to take my cat out for a drive. She gets hassled at home and I avoid putting her in cage when we go for drives. She is a well-behaved, trained kitten, who just likes to look around. It took me time to convince the traffic cop. But once he saw that Kamli is a cool cat, literally, he let us go. Plus, I’m not entirely certain if driving around with pets minus seat belts is actually illegal.”
