Riddhima Kapoor Sahni reacts to rumours of Ranbir and Neetu Kapoor being Covid-19 positive; calls it ‘attention seeking’

Bollywood megastar Amitabh Bachchan’s fans were left in shock as he had given the news yesterday that he was tested positive for Covid-19. His son Abhishek has also tested positive. But, this leads to a million rumours being churned, one of them being that Neetu Kapoor and Ranbir Kapoor have also been tested positive along with Karan Johar who had attended Neetu’s birthday bash recently. But, Neetu’s daughter Riddhima Kapoor Sahni has slammed these reports and called it ‘attention-seeking’.

Riddhima took to her Instagram to quash all rumours of her mom and brother being Covid-19 positive. She shared a tweet that read, “Confirmed: #RanbirKapoor #NeetuKapoor #KaranJohar also test Positive for Covid-19. #AgastyaNanda, Grandson of #AmitabhBachchan attended Birthday Party hosted by #RiddhimaKapoor” In the caption, Riddhima slammed the news as she wrote, “Attention seeking ??? Least verify/ clarify ! We are fit We are good ! Stop spreading rumours ! #lunatics #fakenews(sic)”

Amitabh Bachchan had been admitted to Mumbai’s Nanavati hospital yesterday and the hospital authorities have given a health update that Big B is stable and in isolation. According to a report by ANI, public relation officer of Nanavati Super Speciality Hospital, Mumbai gave a health update about Big B saying, “Amitabh Bachchan is stable with mild symptoms and is currently admitted in the isolation unit of the hospital.”
