Bollywood’s legendary choreographer Saroj Khan passed away at the age of 71. The ace choreographer wasn’t keeping well since the last few weeks. She was admitted to hospital on June 20 after she complained of breathing problems. Unfortunately, in the wee hours of Friday (July 3), the veteran choreographer breathed her last after suffering a cardiac arrest.
Saroj’s last Instagram post was dedicated to the late actor Sushant Singh Rajput, who committed suicide on June 14.
Saroj Khan was quite active on social media, especially on Instagram. Her last post was in the memory of Sushant Singh Rajput. Remembering the late actor, Saroj had posted, “I had never worked with you @sushantsinghrajput but we have met many times. What went wrong in your LIFE?I’m shocked that you took such a drastic step in your LIFE. You could have spoken to an Elder which could have helped YOU and would have kept us Happy looking at YOU.”
She further wrote, “God bless your soul and I don’t know what your Father and Sister’s are going through. Condolences and Strength to them to go through this Time. I Loved you in all your Movies and will always Love you. R.I.P(sic)”

Saroj had tested negative for Covid-19. Her nephew Manish Jagwani told PTI, “She passed away due to cardiac arrest at around 2.30 am at the hospital.”
Khan is survived by her husband Sardar Roshan Khan and three children.
