Rishi Kapoor apologises for his tweet on including Pakistani players in IPL

Rishi Kapoor is often in news because of the opinions he shares on his Twitter handle. He is one of those who make the optimum use of social media, and never-ever shies away from sharing his thoughts over any given topic. Even though it creates a lot of problems for him, Rishi Kapoor has always been open on Twitter.

With IPL fever gripping the entire nation, Rishi Kapoor had an opinion on this too. Pakistani players are not a part of IPL and this is what concerns Rishi Kapoor. He had tweeted about the same and urged the organisers to consider Pakistani players too in this match. He meant well and tried to bring two countries closer, but all in vain.

Nothing changed and IPL is functioning fine without Pakistani players. He received quite a backlash though for this tweet. Hatred came his way and then the actor decided to post a sarcastic apology as a tight slap to all those who called for hatred. Here’s what he tweeted,
