Rishi Kapoor receives a warm welcome from Ranbir Kapoor & Riddhima Kapoor Sahni on his return

After staying in New York for almost a year, Rishi Kapoor has returned to India today with his wife Neetu Kapoor. The couple was spotted at the Mumbai airport on their arrival. They were all smiles as they returned after 11 months. Elated Rishi Kapoor took to his Twitter handle to share his happiness. He tweeted, “Back home! 11 months, 11 days! Thank you all.”

On his return, his children Riddhima and Ranbir Kapoor probably gave him a warm welcome. Neetu Kapoor shared a picture of a golden balloon which has ‘Welcome home DAD’ written over it. Sharing the pic, she captioned it as: “This simple ballon has so much Warmth Love and belonging ???.”

Comments started pouring in after this picture was posted. Alia Bhatt’s mom Soni Razdan, Sonali Bendre, Shweta Bachchan and others welcomed the veteran actor on his return to India.

Rishi Kapoor and Neetu Kapoor are on cloud nine to be back in India. Now, as the actor is cancer free, he looked healthy and fit.

For the unversed, Rishi Kapoor along with his wife and son Ranbir went to New York last September after he was diagnosed with cancer. Their children Ranbir and Riddhima stood as pillars of strength during the tough times.

Earlier during an interview with Deccan Chronicle, Rishi Kapoor said his wife stood by him like a rock and Ranbir and Ridhima have always shouldered his problems.
