Riteish Deshmukh hits back at user who accuses him of being biased during Hindu festivals

Riteish Deshmukh is an active social media user and treats his fans and followers with some good content. The actor shares his thoughts, opinions, anecdotes and fun memes on his social media handles. Just recently, Riteish Deshmukh made a quirky post, where he spoke about the cost that one has to pay to lose the weight gained during the festivals. He shared the prices of sweets and a weight loss program and warned everyone, ahead of the festive season. However, this humour-filled post made by Deshmukh didn’t go well with a social media user.

Taking to Twitter, the user re-tweeted the post made by Riteish and asked him a question in Hindi. The user said: “You people are enlightened only during Sanatani (Hindu) festivals only? Eid ya New Year ya Christmas par muh mein dahi jama lete ho! (Cat’s gets your tongue on festivals such as Eid, New Year, or Christmas!)”

The Housefull 4 actor reacted to the reply made by the user. He said, “Sorry sir – Main Vegan hoon, dahi nahi khaata (Sorry sir, I’m vegan. I don’t eat curd.)”

Talking about Deshmukh’s tweet, it mentioned the rates of sweets like laddu, jalebi, kaju barfi, and chocolate. It even included a hefty price that one will have to pay to lose the weight that they gained. “choose wisely,” was added too. And Riteish shared the tweet, with the caption, “I thought I should warn you !!!!”

Meanwhile, Riteish Deshmukh does not often get into a Twitter conversation with a user targeting his posts. The actor is also active on his Instagram. He often shares funny and entertaining videos with his wife, actress Genelia D’souza.
