RRR: Alia Bhatt effortlessly transforms into Sita; her first look will leave you speechless

Alia Bhatt rang in her 28th birthday today. While she is being showered with a lot of love and wishes from her lovely fans, Alia decided to treat them to the first look of her next RRR. Alia will play the character of Sita in the SS Rajamouli directorial. Alia looked like the traditional Indian lady in this one and her fans are in awe.

Alia was seen wearing a traditional saree with a puffed sleeve red blouse and a vibrant green drape with gold borders. She had a few chains on her neck along with some authentic jewellery. Her hair was tied up in a braid with gorgeous wavy curls. Alia was seen holding a very thoughtful yet gloomy look as she gazed. This is for sure something new, as we have never seen Alia in such a look before.

Alia took to her Instagram and sharing her look from RRR she wrote, “Sita ♥️ #RRR(sic)”

Rajamouli’s period action film “Rise Roar Revolt” (“RRR”) will release on October 13. It was earlier slated to release on January 8, 2021 in Tamil, Hindi, Kannada and Malayalam as well. The plot of RRR revolves around the life of India’s freedom fighters, Alluri Sitarama Raju (Ram Charan) and Komaram Bheem (Rama Rao) who fought against the British Raj and Nizam of Hyderabad respectively.
