A few days back, we came across reports of filmmaker SS Rajamouli approaching Alia Bhatt for his upcoming film ‘RRR’ which stars South superstars Jr NTR and Ram Charan in lead roles. It was being reported that Rajamouli wanted a renowned Bollywood actress who could cater to the Hindi-speaking audience. Apparently, ‘Baahubali’ presenter Karan Johar helped Rajamouli to connect with Alia for his next directorial. However, it was also being reported that Alia has turned down the offer owing to her other commitments.
Now squashing all the reports, Rajamouli has confirmed that Alia is indeed a part of his magnum opus ‘RRR’. The film’s official handle on Twitter made an announcement confirming the same. Alia will be celebrating her birthday tomorrow and this comes as an advance birthday gift for her fans.
