‘Batla House’ song ‘Rula Diya’: John Abraham-Mrunal Thakur’s romantic track hits all the right chords

The makers of ‘Batla House’ have released its second song – ‘Rula Diya’. It is a romantic number featuring John Abraham and Mrunal Thakur. The lyrics of the song is written by Prince Dubey and it has been composed by Ankit Tiwari. Ankit Tiwari and Dhvani Bhanushali have crooned the song.

John plays a cop who is resolute when it comes to his profession and at the beginning of the song, his wife (Mrunal Thakur) is saying that his honour, medals and duty are killing their marriage.

The trailer of the action-thriller was released a few days back and it has got rave reviews. The movie is inspired by operation ‘Batla House’ that took place in Delhi in 2008. John is playing the role of DCP Sanjeev Kumar Yadav, who was accused of conducting a fake encounter and taking the life of a few innocent students.

Backed by T-Series, Emmay Entertainment and John Abraham Entertainment, and directed by Nikkhil Advani, the film will hit the screens on August 15 this year.

Apart from John Abraham and Mrunal Thakur, the movie also stars Ravi Kishan and Prakash Raj.
