Rumored ex-couple Shahid Kapoor – Vidya Balan to be neighbours

Bollywood actor Shahid Kapoor, was on a lookout for a house since a long time now, and after a long hunt for the perfect home he has set his eyes on one that solves all his needs. The actor has finally zeroed on a property in Juhu.

As per sources, Shahid Kapoor has invested in a property in Juhu, that has cost him approximately Rs. 32 crores. It is a building called ‘Praneta’. Well the shocking news is that it is in the same building that houses UTV movies head honcho Siddharth Roy Kapoor,  who has been living in the sea-facing home with his wife Vidya Balan ever since their marriage.

Its not clear as yet that will Shahid take up residence here or is it just an investment.
