Russo Brothers pick THIS actress over Deepika Padukone as new Captain Marvel

The Russo Brothers, are currently riding high on the success of their film, ‘The Gray Man’ the movie features Chris Evans, Ryan Gosling and Dhanush in pivotal roles. The director duo who are currently in India were recently asked to choose between Priyanka Chopra and Deepika Padukone. They were asked whom will they choose for a new Captain Marvel. Guess whom did the choose?

Well the Russo Brothers without giving it a second thought, unanimously picked Priyanka Chopra over Deepika Padukone.

In a video shared by Priyanka Chopra’s fan club, the Russo Brothers said, “We have to pick Priyanka. (We are) Huge fans, big fans. We are very good friends and are working on a project. As we are producing a show, Citadel.”

In yet another interview that was given earlier, the Russo Brothers showered praise on the Desi Girl. They called her an incredible star, and also spoke about working with the actress in the upcoming web series.

Joe Russo had said last year, “She’s an incredible star. I mean I think she has been amazing. We just had a table read of the show a couple of days ago and it was fantastic.”

On the work front, Priyanka Chopra has wrapped up Citadel with Richard Madden. Apart from ‘Citadel’, Priyanka will also be seen in
Hollywood films like Ending Things and It’s All Coming Back in the pipeline. She will also be featuring Farhan Akhtar’s ‘Jee Le Zaraa’ where she will be sharing the screen space with none other than Alia Bhatt and Katrina Kaif for the first time.
